The Ranch at Steamboat offers condominium accommodations on 36 acres of hillside overlooking the Steamboat Ski Area, approximately six miles from Steamboat Springs Airport and about 29 miles from Yampa Valley Airport.
The property's common amenities include a fitness center, year-round swimming pool, three whirlpools, saunas, tennis courts, exercise equipment, complimentary shuttle service (ski season only) to select area destinations, and free overnight ski storage at the slopes.
All units have full kitchens, private balconies, barbecue grills, wood-burning fireplaces, washers/dryers, two TVs, private garages, and telephones.
Please note that the hot tubs and pool may be closed in the off season for maintenance. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Two night stays occurring after May 1, 2009 we will begin charging a nominal cleaning fee to paid guests with two night stays. If customer is staying for 3+ nights, these charges do not apply.Check-in is at 4PM. Check-out is at 10AM. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. Check in time is after 4pm on day of arrival. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4pm during busy times there may be delays. No refunds due to delays. After hours check-in is at the Mountain Resorts Office at 2150 Resort Drive, Steamboat Springs, CO. In the event the office is closed, use the courtesy phone and follow instructions posted next to the phone located in the entryway.
