New Smyrna Beach is a beautiful city that is nestled among the moss-draped trees along the shores of the picturesque Indian River in Volusia County. It is located on the central east coast of Florida, completely surrounded by bodies of water.
Coconut Palms II interior and exterior design themes recall the Florida of earlier times, with features like tile floors and metal roofs, window shutters, and ceiling fans. Each two-bedroom/two-bath unit is elegantly furnished and boasts fully equipped kitchens/partial kitchens, TVs, VCRs, and private balconies. There are built in ecology-conscious features including air-conditioning and lighting systems that save energy and money. Laundry facilities are provided, along with pools, and easy beach access. Guests can also enjoy extra security features such as in-room safes and private parking. Other nearby luxuries and indulgences include auto rental, bicycle trails, golf courses, tennis courts, horseback riding facilities, hiking spots, shopping centers and boutiques, restaurants, bars and cocktail lounges.
