Englewood Bay Motel and Apartments is a cozy complex of thirteen units located on a quiet street, two miles from Englewood Beach, and one mile from the art galleries of historic old Englewood Village. The enclave of units is made up of seven fully equipped kitchen in the one bedroom efficiency units, two cottage style with full kitchen in the one bedroom units and four large two bedroom condo units that surround a around a private courtyard with coconut palms, barbecue, and social area. All of the units have been completely renovated in January 2007. All units have cable TV and are fully air conditioned. A coin-op laundry is also available onsite. Also featured in all units is free high speed wireless Internet access. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Please be advised that the this property will collect a one time cleaning fee of $25.00 per stay, payable directly to the hotel at check-in.
