It has Ecotourism accreditation with Ecotourism Australia for accommodation and adventure activities. The 30 acre property has full creek frontage with nearby swimming holes, and is surrounded by National Park.

Mt Barney Lodge offers 3 levels of accommodation. The Queenslander homesteads are fully self contained with verandas facing Mt Barney, fireplaces, colonial furniture and a touch of old world charm.

Cabins are self contained bunk style accommodation which allows budget conscious guests a pleasant experience as they feature verandas, fireplaces and gas BBQs.

Deluxe Camper Trailers: an effortless camping experience where only an esky is needed. They feature a deluxe kitchen, power and an unobstructed view of the creek and mountain. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
