At only 800m from the heart of the resort, it is within easy reach of all the shops, restaurants and bars and includes a free shuttle service. This is a ski-in, ski-out residence. How to get there Closest airports TRN/GNB/CMF. The guests may get to Puy St Vincent from Chambery Aix Les Bains airport (CMF), Grenoble/Saint Geoirs Airport (GNB) and Turin Airpot (TRN). Please note that check in and check out day for this property is only Saturday. Your stay should be either for 7 or 14 nights. Accommodation & Facilities The development is made up of 110 tastefully decorated apartments. Ranging from two to five rooms, the apartments can accommodate up to ten people. Each one contains a living room, kitchen area equipped with fridge, electric hob, oven or microwave and dishwasher, as well as a balcony or terrace, television (at an extra charge, paid locally), both covered and outdoor parking (at an extra charge) and ski storage. The residence can provide for its guests bathroom and bed linen at an extra charge. The guests should note that there is a tax per adult per night paid locally. Guests can expect to enjoy spectacular views over the Ecrins National Park and Vallouise Valley! There are also numerous activities as snow mobile, sleigh, paragliding, quad and even horse riding. There is also a swimming pool, an ice rink and a cinema. We should also inform the guests that Puy Saint Vincent has adapted to suit the needs of its clientele and has obtained the P?tits Montagnards and Kid Station quality labels. Location Puy Saint-Vincent is located close to some of the highest summits in the Hautes Alps and is on the doorstep of the Ecrins National Park. Its ideal location has meant that the site has become one of the starting points for some of the biggest high mountain races. The resort combines both new and old, having the advantage of a modern centre yet surrounded by authentic traditional mountain villages. Ski Facts The Southern Alps covers a huge area, stretching from the Mercantour in the Alpes Maritimes to the Bauges in Isère. It is difficult to summarise the skiing in this vast area, which itself is divided into different ski regions. However one of the main differences between skiing in the Northern Alps and the Southern Alps is sunshine! There are some epic runs, like the Sarenne in Alpe d?Huez, which is the longest run in Europe at over 17kms (Starts black and finishes green). Also the chance to ski the ?68 Olympic downhill runs at Chamrousse, or follow in the ski steps of Luc Alphand in Serre Chevalier. All these areas offer fantastic off-piste opportunities and a wide variety of pistes from beginner to expert. This information relates to the entire ski region.
