The residence is located in the town of Megeve, 10 minutes walking from the centre and the sports hall where guests will find an Olympic swimming pool, ice skating rink media library and many activities. Guests will need less than 10 minute walk to reach skiing tracks or bus station. The Ski bus is situated in front of the Residence.

Accommodation and Facilities
All of the comfortable studios or apartments are set up with a little kitchen, with a breakfast nook, with clothes rack and shelves, bathroom with toilets, balcony and satellite TV. Rentals start on Saturdays at 5 pm and finish next Saturday at 10 am. When a child sleeps in a normal bed, is considered as an adult, as rates are according to the number of used beds. Sheet and towels are supplied once for a week at arrival, beds are made and cleaning service at departure is included. Daily cleaning service and linen change are available at a charge. Guests should note that there is a tax per adult per night paid locally.
The restaurant has a typical decoration from Savoy, embellished with an eco-chimney, suggesting breakfast in a buffet way, meals chosen on the traditional or typical menu, half board or take away courses.
The complex houses an outdoor car parking, an underground garage with a heating ramp, ski locker for each apartment, sledge lend to use in the park on a large slope, free Wi Fi, comfortable lounge in the lobby and a bar.
