The Residence Diar Lemdina is located within the Medina Mediterranea, the central point of the tourist resort of Yasmine Hammamet, and just 300m from the sea. It is a unique idea combining a traditional Arab village and souk with all the comforts of the 21st century.
Accommodation
Diar Lemdina has three residences, El Bousten, Erraidh and Sidi Bou Said all located within the medina complex. The residences have 190 suites in total, all having a balcony, terrace or patio they are fully air conditioned/heated during the high or low season, satellite TV with one English channel, private telephone line, safety deposit box and kitchenette.
Food & Beverage
The Diar Lemdina offers many international and speciality restaurants offering breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks all located within the medina. The Tunisian restaurant offers buffet style meals. The main reception area has a bar area serving cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The AI programme consists of breakfast (06:00-10:00), Continental breakfast (10:00-11:00), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (19:00-22:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant Le Tunisien. During lunch & dinner local drinks are offered. Also at the disposal of the AI guests once per stay is dinner show at the Sheherazed 1001 Nights restaurant. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at the lobby bar (10:00-24:00) and the Moorish Café (15:00-23:00, non-alcoholic drinks and mint tea).
Sports & Leisure
The medina complex offers a central courtyard providing occasional daytime and evening entertainment, a casino, a museum, art galleries, and many souvenir shops. To relax and un-wind the hammam and spa centre is available, for fun the Carthage Land theme park is offered. The two championship golf courses Citrus and Yasmine, are located a short taxi ride away with all equipement available to hire.
All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment
Leisure facilities at the hotel include hammam once per stay (10:00-20:00, prior booking), free entrance once per stay at the Carthage Land, one free visit per stay at the Museum (daily from 10:00-19:00), sunbeds by the pool & at the beach and towels (against deposit).
Facilities & Services
In the main reception there is money exchange, public telephone, WiFi and internet facilities (at a charge), laundry service (with charge) is available, and daily cleaning service (not including the kitchen area). Towels are changed every day and bed linen twice a week. Parking for residents of the Diar Lem Dina is provided.

The Medina offers many shopping experiences, with some traditional souvenirs being hand crafted within the medina. Many of the street vendours are in local costume making it a truly authentic experience.
