Checkin for this property is at Aspens on Blackcomb, 4355 Northlands Blvd.Effective on May 1, 2007 all ResortQuest Whistler managed properties must have the primary occupant and the credit card holder as a minimum age of 25 years for all new bookings for all properties/lodges.Security PolicyA signed valid credit card pre-authorization of $250 - $1500 depending on property will be required at registration. As we have a responsibility to our owners, this security deposit is required for any non-accidental damage or any accidental damage above and beyond what is covered in our damage waiver benefit within the 6% reservation fee. Personal cheques and cash are not accepted.
