Please add the following to the description after the 21 years of age requirment. Guests unaccompanied by an individual 25 years or older are required to pay, at check-in, a damage deposit of $500. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out upon inspection of room. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
