WDW Area Standard Homes with Pool are set in quiet well-kept residential areas. All of the homes are uniquely designed, and therefore floor plans may vary.
Accommodation
The 3 and 4 bedroom homes include a master bedroom with either a double or queen bed, bathroom with shower and w/c. Additional bedrooms features twin beds or double beds. All homes are fully equipped with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-maker, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Sports & Leisure
Sporting and leisure activities include a private swimming pool with a covered screened patio.
Useful Information
All of the homes are within 20 to 25 minutes drive to Walt Disney World (subject to traffic). Medhotels does not offer transfers to Villas and Townhouses. Due to the location of the properties we strongly advise you to pre-book Car Hire in order to get you to and from your property and to take full advantage of all that the area has to offer.
A security deposit will be required on arrival for all homes in Florida. This can be secured by a credit card on collecting your keys. It should be noted that check-out time is 10:00.
