Restaurant - Gilbert's Resturant: Gilbert's Restaurant is set in one of the most impressive rooms of the house, with it's elegant decor, flamboyant stone carvings and fabulous inglenook fireplace. Here you can enjoy tranquil views of the gardens whilst enjoying the delectable 2 AA Rosette-recommended fare, served up by the award-winning chefs.
Bar - Library Bar: Through the great panelled doors off the grand entrance hall you'll find the Library Bar. This was the library where Gilbert wrote some of his most well known works, and also where he created his last two operettas in collaboration with Sullivan. A huge fireplace once stood in place of the bar, which still features the copper surround Gilbert had installed. This peaceful room looks out onto the croquet lawn, terrace and gardens.
