Local attractions include SeaWorld Orlando, located four miles away and Universal Studios, approximately seven miles from the resort.

On-site recreational facilities include three heated outdoor swimming pools, an outdoor spa, children's pools, basketball court, shuffleboard court, tennis court, children's playground, exercise room, and a game room. The resort also has a poolside cafe, grocery store, lakeside gazebo, Internet access, free parking, and a barbecue area. Wireless Internet is available throughout the property for a fee.

All units feature Cable TV, irons and ironing boards, DVD/VCR players, hairdryers, air-conditioning, and telephones. Cribs and grills are available. All the accommodations are decorated and furnished to the highest standards and the larger suites feature absolutely enormous TVs. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Upon the guest's arrival, the resort will require a deposit from the guest in the form of a major credit card (no cash or debit card) for incidentals.Cypress Pointe Grande Villas will begin construction on a new tennis court and laundry building on April 15, 2008.
