The hotel is built 50 meters from the beach in Kiotari on the southeast coast of Rhodes Island. Its spacious and comfortable rooms and bungalows are ideal for couples and families who seek for a memorable holiday experience. Since 1998 the hotel is specialized in the All-Inclusive program, and with all the experience invites guests to explore the various facilities in the property.
Accommodation
The hotel consists of 428 rooms in main building and bungalows. All of them are fully air conditioned with individual control/heating and equipped with private bathroom with bathtub/shower and hairdryer, satellite TV with international channels, music/ radio, direct dial telephone, mini bar, safety boxes available in reception (payable locally), hairdryer and balcony or veranda.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The AI programme consists of American breakfast (07:00-10:00), Continental breakfast (10:15-11:00), lunch (12:30-14:30), dinner (19:00-21:30) and late dinner (22:00-01:00, for late arrivals of over 10pax), all buffet style with Greek & International cuisine, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, local wine and juices are offered. Also at the disposal of the AI guests for lunch (12:30-14:30) & dinner (19:00-21:30) is the tavern Varka with Greek & Italian specialties like moussakas, pizza, mixed grill, etc (reservation required). There is a separate children?s restaurant with a variety of food, salads, pastries and ice cream. International cuisine specialties (Greek, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, fish specialties, etc) are on offer for every taste. Various hot & cold snacks such as hot dogs, sandwiches, pizzas, pastries, ice cream, etc are available between 10:00 & 24:00 at the Gelateria and the beach bar. Customers can have fresh fruit the pool and the beach. Lunch baskets for excursions and early Continental breakfast for departures (05:00-07:00) can be ordered as well. Tea & coffee time with cookies, biscuits and pastries is from 16:30 & 17:30 at the Gelateria. An unlimited amount of locally & international produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like spirits, cocktails, beer, soft drinks, refreshments, water, etc are served in the main bar (17:00-24:30), the Gelateria (10:00-24:00), the internet café (10:00-24:00), the pool bar (10:00-18:00) and the beach bar (10:00-18:00). In-room mini bars are refilled every second day with beer, water and soft drinks.
All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment
Sport facilities at the hotel include use of the three tennis courts, fitness room (10:00-14:00 & 17:00-20:00), billiards, table tennis, beach soccer, beach volley, water polo, darts, waterslides, canoes & wind surfing (certificate required), umbrellas & sun beds, beach & pool towels (deposit required - credit card), one indoor and three outdoor pools (10:00-19:00), electronic game area, TV area and bridge area. The multilingual animation team provides day & night activities & games like musicals, cabarets, sketches, shows, competition games, demonstrations, etc, once per week Greek Orchestra with local dancers, every two weeks karaoke show, mini club with trained staff, variety of programmes & activities for children, children?s pool, play ground, water slides and separate TV room (in mini club), mini club for children aged 4-12 yrs and junior club (12-16 yrs). Both clubs are open from 10:00-12:30 & 14:30-18:30.
