A spacious lobby boasts hand-pressed clay floor tiles and a stunning Esias Bosch ceramic panel, displayed behind a modern reception desk. A travel desk and a guest relations desk is situated in the foyer to assist guests. An Antique shop and the Vineyard Shop are situated to the left of the foyer, and a Business Centre on the right of the reception desk.
