This is a modern, white building featuring much smoked glass and steel. It is a medium rise stand alone construction which is very prominent in its surroundings.

In keeping with the modern, business oriented theme of the hotel, the medium sized rooms are very well equipped and well appointed. All bathrooms have separate shower cabins and bathtub. The decor is light and contemporary. These comfortable rooms cater for practical needs as well as boasting small touches of luxury.

The restaurant is located at the rear of the lobby. It is an open plan area with views over the green field site to the rear of the hotel. It is on 2 levels, one slightly higher than the other, with a buffet station dominating the lower level. The theme is again minimalist and contemporary, with fresh, light colours dominating, and marble and steel fittings bringing stark relief.

The modern, white marble lobby is brightly lit from outside by huge shop front windows. There is a central seating area close to the reception, the lifts are to the rear, and the bar and restaurant are adjacent.
