Modern building, big and wide. Its has is own parking area at the front of the building.

The hotel has 515 rooms, 3 of which are royal suites, 8 are presidential suites, and 12 are ambassador's suites. All rooms have a good size and are in good condition. The bathrooms are comfortable and again extremely clean. All rooms are well-equipped with satellite tv, minibar, telephone, air condition and many of them have balconies.

Due the size of the hotel and its international customers, the hotels offers several restaurants with different menus as The Mille et une nuits", which is Morrocan cuisine, with a panoramic terrace.
