The resort consist of various wings. The buildings are 9-storeys, modern and white of colour with red roof top. It has direct access to the resort's lush garden, swimming pools and beach. The buildings offer panoramic views of the Visayan Sea and outlying islands.

The hotel has 91 Superior Gardenview rooms in Main Wing with 34-36 sq meters and in very good condition, a combination of western design and international craftsmanship. All rooms have a large balcony and have plenty of day light. The rooms are fully equipped with modern amenities like broadband and electronic safe. The large bathrooms have both a bathtub and separate shower cabin. Rooms are separated per wing to deter any noise or disturbance.
