Something has gone wrong with my hotel booking
At times, technical problems or human errors means your hotel stay does not run as smoothly as we would like. If something has gone during your stay, including:

• The hotel is not aware of your booking
• The hotel is over or under charging you for your stay

What if I have something to say about the hotel I've stayed in?
All-Hotels cannot guarantee the quality of the hotels listed on the site or the information provided on hotels by our third party suppliers. If you've had a particulariliy bad time at a hotel then please contact us, hotels which are frequently complained about will be investigated and removed from our website.

Can I comment on the site?
