The restaurant is managed by the twins, Nick Paul, who were both classically trained in England and spent their formative years separately working in some of the best 5 star restaurants in England and Europe. The coming together of the twins' individual talents and knowledge bases has made Shaw's restaurant the success that it is today. Special attention is always given to using the very best locally produced seasonal fruit vegetables and prime cuts of meat from the most reputable of butchers. This coupled with the highest standards of preparation and service creates a most pleasurable experience every time.
