The Rose Garden is a gracious, Victorian terraced house, accredited with 4 stars, offering a warm and friendly welcome in a relaxed environment. In addition to the comfortable guest bedrooms, you may wish to spend time sitting in front of the open fire in the lounge with Satellite TV, or in the morning sunshine in the garden. Ideally located we are situated close to the shops and within 5 minutes walk of the sea. The town of Saltburn has revived its Victorian heritage; the restoration of the pier is an added attraction at the bottom of the water-operated cliff lift. The town is on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors, excellent walking country (on the Clevelend Way) and site of the locations for Heartbeat and Harry Potter. The Yorkshire Dales, York, Leeds and Newcastle are all within an hour's drive. Whitby, steeped in history, is 18 miles. We offer free WiFi internet access throughout and there is on road street parking available. The station is a few minutes way. Our food is sourced as either local organic produce or fair-trade if we can get this, and vegetarians are well catered for here. Visit soon! You will not be disappointed.
