The Phoenix condominiums are located in Steamboat Springs and offer floor plans from two to four bedroom layouts. The clubhouse at The Phoenix features a large screen movie theater.
Property amenities include On-Site Check-In, Exercise Facility, Garage, Sauna, Swimming Pool and a Community Hot Tub.
Unit amenities include a Patio/Balcony, Private Laundry Facility, Internet Access, VCR/DVD Player, Cable TV, and a Gas Fireplace. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Two night stays occurring after May 1, 2009 we will begin charging a nominal cleaning fee to paid guests with two night stays. If customer is staying for 3+ nights, these charges do not apply.The fees will be collected from the customer at the front desk at check in. The charge is $20 for a studio or One bedroom and $15 for each additional bedroom thus:- One bedroom or smaller : $20- Two bedroom: $35- Three bedroom: $50- Four bedroom: $65- Seven bedroom $110-Lofts and dens fall to the smaller unit type thus a two bedroom plus loft would be $35.
