In the Telluride Mountain Village, The Peaks Resort and Golden Door Spa is a seven-minute gondola ride from the historic town of Telluride and five miles from Telluride Regional Airport. During ski season, guests will enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to the Telluride ski area, as well as myriad activities ranging from dog sledding to heli-skiing. During warmer months, the resort is close to kayaking, hiking, and fly-fishing. The property's amenities include the restaurants, five tennis courts, Telluride Golf Club, and ski-in/ski-out privileges. The award-winning Golden Door Spa offers an extensive list of body treatments, an indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, sauna, whirlpools, waterslide, lockers, steam rooms, and KidSpa. Legends, and a poolside juice and snack bar are available for meals. The hotel also offers parking (for a fee), babysitting All rooms feature bathrobes, slippers, CD players, VCRs, and Golden Door Spa Toiletries. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
