The Mayfair is a 3 star, Grade II listed Georgian hotel located opposite the Jubilee Clock Tower in Weymouth. We are right on the seafront, and only a few metres from Weymouth's main sandy beach. Relax in our residents lounge and admire what are probably the best views of Weymouth Bay through the large bay windows. From the comfy sofas you can see Weymouth harbour and the ferries coming and going, the golden sands of the beaches, the cliffs past the bay and Dorset's World Heritage Jurassic Coastline. Ideally located, we are only 3-4 minutes walk from both the train station and town centre, whilst enjoying the calm that comes with the quiet area. Walk down to the historic harbour to sample the pubs and restaurants, try the various water sports, or relax with some fishing or a trip to the bird sanctuary at Lodmoor, a 10 minute walk along the seafront. If travelling further, a day return to the Channel Islands is available or to St Malo for only slightly more. Free parking permits are usually available for guests, wireless internet available in the lounge.
