At traffic light controlled roundabout (B&Q) take 2nd exit onto Wheatbridge road (signed to Bakewell). Stay in left hand lane joining Chatsworth Road and turn right after approximately 100 yards into Bradbury Place. The Maltings block of apartments is straight ahead. From the East, Follow the A617 to M1 motorway junction. Take the 3rd exit (A617) to Chesterfield then follow the directions for North / South. From the West, Follow the A619 into Chesterfield. At roundabout (Morrison@¿s) take 2nd exit. Turn left into Bradbury Place. The Maltings block of apartments is straight ahead. By Rail, Chesterfield train station is 1.3 miles from the Maltings. By Air, Nottingham East Midlands Airport is close to junction 24 of the M1. Please allow approximately 40 minutes drive to the Maltings.
