Our three-level oceanfront condominium resort features comfortable one bedroom villas ideal for a couple or family with small children. Property amenities include an oceanfront pool, convenient beach access, and a laundry facility for all guests. Located in the southeast of the island, Forest Beach is part of two residential & commercial districts: North Forest Beach and South Forest Beach. This area boasts spectacular oceanfront homes, family oriented neighborhoods, condominium and hotel resorts, plus wonderful dining and shopping. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Check-in at the RMC office located at 20 Executive Park Road, Hilton Head SC.Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 2-8pm and Sunday 9am-5pm. For additional check-in information please call 1-888-433-4762. Please call ahead for a lock box code at 1-888-433-4762 ext 11100. Lock boxes are on the left side of the building. Look in the box marked Hilton Head Accommodations for after hours check-in packets.
