The Bed & Bike Inn is located on 11 beautiful acres in the pastoral countryside of Cabarrus County, about an hour northeast of Charlotte. It's a great place to unwind, enjoy the silence, bird watch, and stargaze. The inn is near the Village of Misenheimer, home of Pfeiffer University and host to a large network of rural roads for cyclists seeking safer, less traveled routes to train or tour on.

Lovingly hand built by the previous owners almost 20 years ago, the two-story Log Home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen/dining area. The front porch has a hammock and the large covered back porch has a comfortable seating area. An outside basement door allows you to wheel your bike inside where you can store it or work on it, in a safe, dry environment.

Marilyn's Room is a large, bright room furnished with a full-sized bed, two twin beds, a desk, and comfortable chair. Dave's Room is furnished with a queen-sized bed. Two windows in the room give nice views of the forest. Marc's Room has twin beds. The Green Room has a beautiful, double-sized spool bed along with other antiques and views of the forest. The Red Room has a queen bed, bright red walls, and two big windows looking out to the fountain area. Bathrooms for these room types are shared.

The Grove House features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a full-sized kitchen/dining area. A side door allows cyclists to pull their bikes in and store them in a safe, dry room. The Grove House offers the best views of the bird and butterfly garden, and the labyrinth.

The Grove Room is the most popular room. The master bedroom features a queen bed and a private bathroom. It overlooks the beautiful butterfly garden and the labyrinth.

For people who really want to rough it, the charming 12x12 rustic cabin has a living room area downstairs and a sleeping loft above with a double-sized futon bed. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
