Accommodation & Facilities
The residence is made up of 61 apartments spread across two large recently built 6-storey chalets (with lifts). The guests should note that rates include linen and towels, also that there is a local charge for the use of TV. Finally the hotel must inform its guests that there is a tax per adult per night paid locally.
The apartments are easily accessible; at only 100m from the ski lifts and 400m from the resort centre and shops (access by lift). The guests are even able to ski to and from the door (according to the snow conditions). The chalet provides for its guests, an indoor heated swimming pool, and a fitness centre with sauna and steam room (at a charge). Outdoor public parking 50m from the residence (subject to availability), ski lockers, a left-luggage room and a launderette (at a charge). Also the guests may enjoy ice-skating at the chalet s ice rink of just spend a calm evening watching a movie at the chalet s cinema.

Situated in the heart of the Olympic Savoie region, Les Menuires (1850 m) is made up of several different centres: La Croisette, Reberty, Preyerand, and Les Bruyères. The resort is going upmarket with new complexes like his chalets and residences. These are built from traditional wood and stone and are in keeping with the resorts welcoming image.
