The ?Residence? is perfectly positioned in the centre of Val Claret, just a few metres from local shops and amenities and close to the ?place du Curling? ski lifts. There are 50 apartments in all in four semi-detached chalets. On the ground floor the Tourist Office, mountain guide centre, ESF ski school office and lift pass office (STGM) are convenient for residents.
How to Get There
Closest airports: CMF/GNB/GVA/LYS. Tignes is located near Chambery/Aix-les-bains airport (CMF), Grenoble/ Saint Geoirs Airport (GNB), Geneve Cointrin airport (GVA), Lyon Saint Exupery airport (LYS).

If you drive: Highway A43 from Chambéry or Grenoble till Albertville. Then 2x2 ways till Moutiers and RN 90 till Bourg St Maurice. Cross Bourg St Maurice direction Tignes ? Val d?Isère, and take road D 902 till Tignes. In Tignes le Lac follow direction of Tignes Val Claret. On Val Claret entrance round about, take the left road direction Val Claret center. The residence is on the right side just after Val Claret entrance.

Accommodation and Facilities
All the Residence s apartments have, equipped kitchens with multi-function microwave, electric hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, coffee percolator, kettle, mini-mixer, pressure cooker, toaster, bathrooms with heated towel rails and a hair dryer. Certain apartments also have a shower room with heated towel rail, satellite television, a telephone with personal direct number for incoming and outgoing calls and internet access via the telephone line. The Residence?s beds are made on arrival (not sofa bed). The hotel offers bathroom linen and two tea towels, a cleaning kit, by the end of stay cleaning service (not kitchen or washing up). The hotels reception can provide guests with weather forecasts and pass on any messages. Upon request the hotel can also provide iron and ironing boards, (board) games, raclette, fondue and wok appliances, ski lockers, international plug adapters, ski lockers per apartment, free of charge. The guests can find daily newspapers at the reception.

The hotel can provide to the guests at an extra charge, fresh bread delivery (order fresh bread and pastries at reception, they will be delivered the next morning from 8am,) Wifi, indoor parking for vehicle, laundry services, bathrobes, extra cleaning kit, extra linen packs (towels or sheets), full end of stay cleaning service (price varies according to type of apartment), also underground parking is available at an extra charge.
