At 300m away from the Prariond cable railway and nestled behind a copse of fir trees, this charming Residence offers wonderfully welcoming apartments. The Residence is in fact made up of six Savoyard style chalets, each one comprising six or seven apartments. In total, 40 apartments make up this little hamlet which also boasts a Centre Spas and Beaute Montagne with an indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzis, saunas and Turkish baths, cardio fitness training rooms as well as health and beauty treatments.

By car: Highway A42 and A40 from Lyon till Le Fayet. Then take road N 205 till les Houches. Take the highway exit : les Houches Prarion / St Antoine direction les Chavants. On the roundabout, follow direction for the telecabine du Prarion. The residence is situated at the end of Allée des Diligences street.

Accommodation and Facilities
All the Residence?s apartments have, equipped kitchens with multi-function microwave, electric hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, coffee percolator, kettle, mini-mixer, pressure cooker, toaster, bathrooms with heated towel rails and a hair dryer. Certain apartments also have a shower room with heated towel rail, satellite television, a telephone with personal direct number for incoming and outgoing calls and internet access via the telephone line.
The Residence?s beds are made on arrival (not sofa bed). The hotel offers bathroom linen and two tea towels, a cleaning kit, by the end of stay cleaning service (not kitchen or washing up). The hotels reception can provide guests with weather forecasts and pass on any messages. .
Upon request the hotel can also provide iron and ironing boards, (board) games, raclette, fondue and wok appliances, ski lockers, international plug adapters, ski lockers per apartment, free of charge. The guests can find daily newspapers at the reception. Guests should note that there is a tax per adult per night paid locally and refundable deposit paid locally and returned after departure is required.
