The Xanthe Resort is a real All Inclusive hotel providing everything a guest expects from a five star hotel. It is situated on the beach by a small river surrounded by beautiful gardens. It is a concept that enables parents and children to enjoy their holidays both together and separately. The Xanthe Resort is found in the Evrenseki/Kumkoy district of Side. Side and Manavgat can be easily reached by the local dolmus which run from the main road every 10-15 minutes.
Accommodation
A total of 240 rooms are set in 4 blocks, both twin/double rooms and family connecting rooms are available, and include a fully equipped bathroom with shower (featuring either a double shower or separate WC in family rooms), WC and hairdryer. Satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, safe (extra charge), minibar (drinks included on arrival but charge to refill), individually controlled air conditioning and balcony. The family rooms have the same amenities but in addition they have two seperate sleeping rooms. There is a double bed and many have bunk beds.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), late breakfast (10:00-10:30), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (S:19:00-21:30, W:18:30-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Also at the disposal of the AI guests once per stay is the Italian A la Carte restaurant, upon reservation. Childrens meals may be taken in the childrens restaurant (at set times - summer only). Snacks are available between 14:30 & 16:30 as well as ice cream from 15:30-17:00 (summer). Tea & coffee time is from 10:00-22:00 (during summer) or 15:30-17:00 (in winter) at the patisserie. At the Nomad Tent guests can have Turkish snack specialties during summer. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks (by the glass) are served in all bars and restaurants from 10:00-24:00.
Sports & Leisure
The hotel counts with a number of sport facilities that include a sweet water pool with sun decks and umbrellas as well as an indoor pool, table tennis, facilities for beach-volleyball, a basketball court, billiard, minigolf, boccia and dart amenities, fitness room and sauna. A fitness centre and Jacuzzi are available at a charge. There is a daily program of day and evening entertainment, sport animation (summer only) and shows, and occasionally live music and dancing events. Children facilities include a miniclub, a playground, a program of children entertainment and a children restaurant (summer only). Also there is a Riding Center which is located 800m from the hotel. The facility is easily accessible from the hotel by the free shuttle-service operating every day. It offers the following services: outdoor-riding (off-the-track riding for experienced riders), riding for children (beginners), trial-riders (trial-rides for unexperienced riders) and courses for beginners (special training course for beginners). All of these services are at a charge.

Sport facilities at the hotel include two large freshwater-water pools (800 m2), separate children?s pool with waterslides, sun umbrellas, sun decks and mattresses by the pool & at the beach, Turkish bath, sauna, fitness centre, indoor pool and children section (150 m2), hammock and garden relax area to be lazy, TV room, mini cinema for children (100pax, occasional), one tennis court (quarz sand), tennis equipment, badminton, mini-tennis for children, darts, table tennis, volleyball, beach volleyball, basketball, archery, billiards, children animation, mini-club (6-12yrs), playground, Magician complex with 9 ¾ platform and different attractions as well as entertainment which includes animation, sport activities provided by the animation team, evening shows and different attractions in certain periods like live music or Turkish evening. Beach & pool activities are dependent upon weather.
