Inspected by the Devonshire Heartland Tourism Association, the house is only 3 miles from M5 junction 30 and Sowton Business Park. We are ideally located for a number of attractions in the area – 2 miles or less from Exeter airport, Crealy Adventure Park, West Point Exhibition Centre, Friends Provident and DEFRA. A little further away you will find Exmouth beach (6 miles) and Exeter University (7 miles). Spacious bedrooms with armchairs. Free parking.in driveway.
