The exterior is truly an amazing, modern architectural marvel that has been described as "entertainment architecture"; the resort's theme is emphasized by a dolphin statue that graces the top of the hotel. The resort sits on 87 acres of beautifully landscaped lakefront property.
All rooms have the Heavenly Bed, with its custom-designed pillow-top mattress set, cozy down blanket, three crisp sheets with thread counts between 180-250, comforter, duvet and five of the fluffiest pillows, air-conditioning, two-line telephones with data port and voice mail messaging, high-speed Internet access, color/cable TV, mini-bar and in-room safe. Bedding is one king or two queens in the Swan wing.

Centrally located in the heart of the Walt Disney World Resort area, adjacent to Disney's Boardwalk entertainment district. Although the hotel is in the Disney area, it is only a 15-minute drive to Orlando's other attractions such as Sea World, Universal and all the restaurants and shopping on International Drive. The Orlando International Airport is 25 minutes away by car.
