Panama City is located on the panhandle of northwest Florida on beautiful St. Andrews Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The complex features shops and eateries on the first level. Whether it be dining, shopping, building sand castles, swimming or taking a short putt for par, the guests can find plenty of activities to keep them busy. Other property amenities include an outdoor pool, access to a large pool located at the nearby Seacrest, kiddie play area, coin laundry located on each floor and complimentary video rentals.
The condo units feature tasteful architectural accents, including travertine marble, slate roofs, and distinctive entrance to each residence. The studio with one-bath condo has a kitchenette, cable TV, air-conditioning, small refrigerator, coffee and tea maker, and microwave.
Check-in is 4 p.m., check-out is 11 a.m. Check-in at 10254 E. Highway 30A. Persons booking the unit must be over 25 years of age and must occupy unit for entire rental period. Singles under 25 without guardian are not allowed. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Check-in is 3pm, check-out is 10am. Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for entire rental period. No singles under 25 w/o guardian. If arriving after hours, an automated check-in system is available. Guests access unit keys from a lock box. Guests use an adjacent telephone which calls the reservation office to obtain lock box access codes.
