Although a little back from the beach (5 minutes walk), this family run property offers a very peaceful location, as it is fairly small and in a residential area with the dramatic backdrop of the mountain where the ancient town of Fira is located. The local white and blue buildings are further enhanced by the bright pink bougainvillea that adorns them. All the village amenities are just a short walk away. (0708/AC).

A typical Cycladic low rise building painted cream and white with the traditional blue doors and shutters. It is constructed in a U shape with a small pool and sunbathing area in it's atrium, and a pool bar just behind. This area overlooks the mountains of Ancient Fira.

The studios are medium to large in size and decorated to a good standard in tasteful, neutral colours. They are maintained to a high standard. Facilities include air conditioning, kitchenette including mini fridge and television with satellite channels. Bathrooms are fully tiled and in very good condition.

The property does not have a restaurant. There are many cafes and restaurants just a short walk away.

This property, comprising of rooms and studios, is located in the popular village of Perissa, famous for it's black volcanic beaches. There are frequent buses to the main town of Fira and the international airport, each just a 15 minute ride away. Both Perissa and Perivolos beach are a short walk along the seafront. There is a large selection of restaurants, bars and clubs also along the beach promenade.
