All the rooms are medium in size and in very good condition as are the bathrooms. They are modernly furnished with different decor but all pleasant and luminous. Bathrooms as well are in good condition.

It is situated on the ground floor with panoramic views of the lake serving a high quality of local and international cuisine. During the summer the hotel opens an extension where people can eat in the open.

Large and open plan with marble flooring and small seating areas. This adjoins onto a bar/lounge area and other meeting rooms, a lounge area and the restaurant.

Directly overlooking the lake in an idyllic position surrounded by its own two acres of picturesque landscaped parkland as well as the tree laden hills. There is regular public transport outside the hotel for excursions to the other areas of the lake and Belgirate train station is 250 meters away. The dock for ferries is just in front of the hotel.
