This property is geared towards guests who prefer to prefer to be out exploring the island rathering that spending their holiday at a resort. It is located close to the town of Grand Baie, with its many shops and restaurants. A suitable tourist property on the island (TO/0905).
The resort is made up of two-story white stucco buildings bordered by bouganvillea, with the pool bordering the reception area. Access to the beach is across a small coastal road and down a few stairs.
Each very large standard room is in fair to good condition and is decorated with blue and yellow finishings with rattan furnishings and dark wood features. Rooms have a ceiling fan, but no air-conditioning, and there is a charge for tea/coffee in the rooms.
The main restaurant, located poolside, is typical in decor with wood furnishings and a thatched roof. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet or table d'hote style.
The small lobby is quite basic, with a small shop and the pool adjacent.
The hotel is located on the north coast of the island, only 4 kilometres from the lively town of Grand Baie. Offering views of nearby islands, the property is only a small walk across the street from the beach.
