Venice Beach Villas offers one bedroom and one bath, fully furnished vacation rentals with living rooms and full kitchens. Each unit accomodates up to two adults at no additional charge. All units include a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, master bedroom with a queen size bed and one bathroom. Each one bedroom has a dishwasher, cable TV, telelphone and wireless Internet access. Venice Beach Villas has two locations, 501 W Venice Ave and 505 Menendez St. The locations are separated by three short blocks and are three blocks from the Venice Public Beach, famous for sharks tooth hunting, and a short walk to the historic downtown shops and restaurants. The office is located at 501 W Venice Ave. Both locations have a heated pool, gas grills, beach bikes, sharks tooth sifters and coin laundry. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Please note that reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be charged the full amount due (non-refundable)Maid service is available upon request only.
