Welcome to Varley House a 4* Guest House delightfully situated, overlooking a nature reserve and the spectacular North Devon coast of Ilfracombe. Varley House was built at the turn of the 19th Century to revitalise and refresh officers returning from the Boer War. We have our own car park and sunny garden and are situated opposite Hillsborough Nature Reserve, which overlooks the harbour, a short stroll away. There is plenty of attractive and exciting things to see and do locally. The elegance of its generously proportioned rooms and stylish furnishings is typical of the gracious age in which it was built.
