The rooms vary in size and style. They are in good condition even if a bit dated. The bathrooms are clean and also in good condition but a little old fashioned. They are equipped with all the modern facilities proper of a 3-star hotel.

The lobby is large, disposed in length towards the breakfast room. There is a welcoming atmosphere and few seating areas with armchairs and coffee tables.

The hotel is located only a few metres from the train station and approximately 10 minutes walk from the Jewish Ghetto. The area is lively with many shops, bars, and restaurants and it is only 5 minutes away, by boat, from the Rialto Bridge. Also the parking and bus terminals of Piazzale Roma are within walking distance, approximately 10 minutes, or 2 minutes¿ journey by boat. Venice airport is 12 kilometres away, about 20 to 30 minutes ride by car.
