Tortuga del Sol, a clothing-optional gay resort, is located in south Palm Springs, approximately 10 minutes from Palm Springs International Airport. Hotel amenities include the Tortuga Grand Pool (heated year round to 85 degrees), Tortuga 10-Man Spa, garden and hammock, outdoor shower, poolside fog misting system, outdoor fireplace, exercise room, barbecue, video library, and complimentary continental breakfast. The hotel also offers private parking, complimentary wireless Internet access, and guest Internet station. All rooms feature refrigerators, microwaves, coffeemakers, cable TV, VCRs, clock radios, CD players, irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, bath amenities, and dataports. Tortuga del Sol requires all guest to provide a credit card and vaild id at the time of check in. Rates are based on double occupancy.
