RESTAURANTS: Topaz Bar and Restaurant The bar doubles as the hotel's restaurant. It is an intimate space featuring three large room-like booths and various high-end, high design furniture pieces. The lights fade, minute to minute, from blue to green to purple. Food is served at small tables surrounded by fat stools and cocoon like banquettes, in a low-ceilinged room paved in leopard-print carpet with zebra-pattern ottomans scattered about.
