This hotel is a good first-class hotel, with plenty to offer its clients. It is one of the very few hotels in this area to have a swimming pool, discotheque and a conference centre seating up to 500. The hotel is housed in a light coloured modern brick building, decorated with beautiful and varied landscaping in the front. There is also plenty of parking available at the front of the building, and a theme park with a swimming pool open in summer only.
The rooms are large and comfortable, simply furnished with light decor. They are equipped with all facilities of a four-star property. The bathrooms are in good conditions. Rooms also have pay tv and wi fi connection.
The restaurant is located on the ground floor and offers excellent Italian cuisine, specialising in local dishes well known throughout Italy. Breakfast is a real treat, with a cold buffet of Italian delicacies.
The lobby is large, well lit, spacious and modern in decoration, with a dark marble floor, a comfortable seating area and a wood reception desk. The lobby also incorporates a bar area.
The hotel is located in the near suburbs of Bologna, at about 8 km from Piazza S. Stefano, the city's most popular historical site. There is regular bus service from the hotel to the centre of Bologna, which takes approximately 20 minutes. The bus stop is a few steps from the hotel entrance. This property is conveniently located a few kilometers from every Bologna motorway exit.
