RESTAURANT: The fully licensed dining room offers a combination of local and international cuisine. Wonderful varieties of fish, crab, lobster, prawns and other irresistible choices await you. We also offer a great selection of local and imported meats. You may choose to dine under the stars, on the beach in the restaurant, or on your own private deck. Our luncheon and dinner menus change daily and we intentionally keep them international in flavour. Menus are pre set by the chef. However, we also allow you to dine of something that you would rather eat other than what is being offered. The bar is open day and night and only closes when the last guest goes to bed.the wine cellar is yours to choose from and features wines from Australia and New Zealand.
