Timothy Beach Resort is located on the beach in Frigate Bay, approximately 10 minutes from Saint Kitts International Airport. Snorkeling at the reef and watersports are within walking distance.

Hotel amenities include the oceanfront pool and the oceanfront Sunset Cafe restaurant.

All rooms feature tiled balconies or patios, air-conditioning, cable TV, phones, refrigerators, and daily maid service. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. The Dock bar at waters edge is being repaired and will be operational by November 30, 2008.
