Located three blocks from the Steamboat ski area, ResortQuest Trappeur's Crossing Resort is three miles from Howelson Hill and downtown Steamboat.
Four lodges, Trappeur's Crossing Lodge, Timberline Lodge, Champagne Lodge, and Aspen Lodge, surround a landscaped courtyard and the guest amenities center. The resort offers a full-service front desk and concierge, renovated meeting facilities, complimentary wireless Internet access, and a computer lounge. Additional amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, an indoor spa tub, five outdoor spa tubs, a sauna, a poolside patio with barbecue grills, tennis courts, and a fitness center.
This resort offers over 100 one- to four-bedroom condos with western-alpine decor. All condos have fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, ovens, stove tops, refrigerators with ice makers, and coffeemakers. Complimentary wireless Internet access, cable TV, DVD players, and VCRs are included. Telephones with voicemail provide complimentary local calls.
ResortQuest is not a member of the Triple Crown lodging program, is unable to accept any sports team participants, and individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians are not allowed in these privately owned units. If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, if sports team participants, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy without refund.
