Restaurant - Brabazon: Set in the old cow shed in the 'Garden Village', Brabazon is our A La Carte restaurant offering seasonal dishes that are beautifully presented and sensitively priced. Open Thursday through to Saturday for dinner and all day Sunday, it seats 70 guests and is a popular spot for evening dining and sunday lunch. Sip one of our specially selected wines as you nibble on stuffed olives, hummus, tapenade and breads.
