Sunset is located right in the middle of Breckenridge with the ski slopes on one side and downtown on the other.
The complex was remodeled in the summer of 2008. The back decks sit directly on Four Oclock Run and guests can ski directly to them. The free shuttle stops right in front of the building and can take the guests anywhere in Breckenridge. The property offers parking and pets are not allowed. These large units are perfect for groups of all ages or large families. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Guests must have a photo ID and credit card for security deposit. Minimum age required for check-in is 23. 100.00 USD only applicable for stays less than 3 nights. Wood Winds will charge and collect at check-in. 100 percent of total amount to be forfeited if cancelled within 45 days of arrival.
