Sundowner II sits between Peaks 8 and 9 of Breckenridge Mountain. The Four O Clock Ski Run is directly across the street and the Upper Village Pool is right next door. We also feature a hot tub on the premises for those just looking to relax. Guests have a covered parking garage and an elevator to each floor. The units are either one or two stories and have a 360 degree view of Breckenridge and the surrounding mountains. You are in the heart of the Rockies, so no matter where you look the majestic is all around. Snuggled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, Breckenridge is a world class ski resort and historical town. Breckenridge Mountain consists of 4 peaks and over 2300 ski-able acres. It is a great place for winter sports and a beautiful summer retreat to beat the heat and bustle of the city. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Guests must have a photo ID and credit card for security deposit. Minimum age required for check-in is 23. 100.00 USD only applicable for stays less than 3 nights. Wood Winds will charge and collect at check-in.100 percent of total amount to be forfeited if cancelled within 45 days of arrival.
