It is a former Presbyterian church building, built in 1810, in the quiet hamlet of North Sunderland adjacent to the popular village of Seahouses, on the Northumberland coast. We've renovated this historic former church, to create a luxurious and beautifully designed house for up to twelve people. It's a Grade II 'listed building', with its charm and history preserved - but the renovation has enabled us to incorporate some luxurious touches into the six ensuite bedrooms, and the beautiful, functional living spaces. The house is so much more than simply a place to stay…it's a place to inspire and stir you, and to provide a memorable experience of hospitality.Jill's fantastic breakfasts will set you up for the longest of days. They can be enjoyed with a clear conscience too – they're even 'healthy' as we never fry anything, and we use the very best locally sourced food.If you would like to stay in a specific room (see our website!) then please tell us, by making a note with your booking - and we will do our best to grant your request. However, your specific choice of a particular room cannot be guaranteed. Hotel Rating: VisitBritain 4 Stars
