When you want to avoid the traffic in Split - you can walk along the seaside promenade towards the city centre - which is a calmer way than the road and the promenade starts the hotel. There is also a nightclub with Go Go girls in the basement of the hotel and a casino. (ro 08.06).

A modern style Mediterranean white building, the hotel is able to offer sea views from most rooms as nearly every room has a balcony. The building is L-shaped, as there is a newer wing built on to the original building.

All rooms have a sea view balcony, although some are not as good as others. The rooms are medium sized with a blue carpet and white walls. Furniture is white in colour and has a plastic coated finish. All bathrooms have shower and are medium sized with white tiles.

The restaurant is very large, and with its moveable walls, it can be increased or decreased further. There is an adjoining terrace.

The reception area is large in size with a good seating area to the left side. There is also a bar to the left as you enter building with its own seating area and a terrace alongside the pool which can be accesed from the lobby. The floor is decorated with grey and black marble finish tiles and the whole reception is tastefully decorated.

Situated in a calm area of Split, just outside the main city centre, the hotel has its own beach and offers fantastic sea views and a tranquil atmosphere.
